Laptop battery not charging

Hi,

My laptop battery was dead so I bought a new one. After one day , the battery icon in the tool bar stated that it was plugged in, charging but it remained 0% charged. I returned it back and I got a refund.

Today I bought another battery. At the first use i let it fully charge then I unplugged the adapter. After about one hour my laptop shutted down and the same problem with the another battery occured.

Could the problem be my laptop or the adapter knowing that it works fine without a battery.


Any idea?
